J.J.'s Paradise Restaurant & Bar
His restaurant and bar is now a favorite night spot for many, including foreigners who make it their bounding duty to be there to savor his special dishes. His Wednesday night finger-licking callaloo crab is the favorite dish for many people. On Wednesdays his promise is transformed into an atmosphere of fun as the music of local bands and the fragrance of a variety of dishes fill the air: Creole Crabs, lobster, shrimp and other goodies. When quizzed as to whether he would be willing to give someone the recipe for his delicious crab sauce which he calls "Special JJ Crab" he said "It's no secret. If anyone wants the recipe they can get it, but I doubt they will be able to do it as good as I do, " he said with a smile! He added: "It's my own creation. I did not get it from any book!"
Sit, relax and enjoy their seafood specials with a variety of fine wines, or
simply feast on prime meats and poultry. The
restaurant is open daily from 10.00 am and Happy hour is from 17.00 to 19.00. Chateau My'go
Château My’Go cooking is a fusion of East Indian and Creole styles, with a repertoire of family recipes handed down through the years and generations. The seafood (a My’Go specialty) is local, while all their vegetables are organically grown and picked daily from their country garden. You can eat on an open-air upstairs balcony overlooking the bay and harbor entrance, or their cool, airy tropical garden. Don’t miss the Tuesday evening special at their new waterfront bar: Music and “Happy Hour” (two drinks for the price of one) from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. The Shack Bar & GrillThe Shack hangs out over the water on stilts at the entrance to the inner harbor of beautiful Marigot Bay. The lovely view of yachts at anchor gives the Shack its great atmosphere along with the surrounding lush vegetation making the Shack a true tropical paradise.
Owner Melanie Ratteray is from the USA (Massachusetts), though she spent many years in Bermuda. She started visiting St Lucia in 1997 for the Jazz Festival. A couple of festivals later she found herself purchasing and refurbishing the Shack into a larger and improved building. The Shack serves a menu of international cuisine with a local flavor. The Conch fritters are a must!! Along with dishes such as Shrimp Calypso, Chicken breast stuffed with plantain, spinach and coconut, Grilled Mahi Mahi, pan-fried red snapper, lobsters Creole. There are also a variety of pasta dishes, 16oz T-bone steaks and grilled Lamb chops, truly something for all pallets. Every Tuesday Melanie has a Steak blow-out night. Serving an 8oz strip loin steak w/ French fries and fresh garden salad for only $28.00EC ($11.00 US). The Shack is equally popular for lunch. Best Burgers in the Bay!! Rambally owns the Château My’Go. She’s the third generation to run this
great family restaurant specializing in home-style St. Lucian cuisine. 
In
the evenings the light attracts a variety of fish and sea life to add to the
entertainment. The Shack is popular with both tourists and local residents. The
yachties love it because they are able to dinghy over and tie up to the
restaurant
Located
on the north side of Marigot Bay, accessible by ferry ride. "Jewel of the
Caribbean" scenic setting where the film 'Dr. Doolittle' was made. After
the sun and sea caress your body for hours, Caribbean nights at Doolittle's will
make you tingle with anticipation of the excitement to come. Casual elegance is
the mood at "Doolittle's". 
Possibly
the most famous restaurant in St. Lucia, operated by the well known Chef Harry. It
is said that Chef Harry, trained at Claridges in London, is St. Lucia's only
living natural wonder!
The Coal Pot has been a fine dining
experience for the last forty years. Michelle Elliot and her French husband,
Xavier, own and manage the restaurant - voted Restaurant of the Year in 1999.
Michelle is the elegant hostess, Xavier is the chef, sans pareil.
